Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, payment will be processed and we will begin preparing it for dispatch as quickly as possible.
If any item is temporarily out of stock or subject to a
delay, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed. Due to the very
special unique handcrafted nature of these baths, delivery times may
occasionally be longer than expected.
If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us
before placing your order so we can advise on availability and estimated
delivery times.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an
email containing your tracking information within 24 hours.
If you have not received your tracking details within six
working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@blissfulbathingsolutions.co.uk,
and our team will be happy to assist.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery before
signing to accept it.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or
products, we recommend noting this with the courier and, where appropriate,
refusing delivery.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please email clear
photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging to info@blissfulbathingsolutions.co.uk
as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and, where applicable,
submit a claim with the courier or our insurers on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled.
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to
return it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless
the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment
method used when placing the order.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed
before your order is confirmed.
Where free delivery is offered, this applies to most UK
mainland addresses. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote or outlying
areas. Please check the delivery costs shown at checkout before completing your
